Nouveau Solutions Ltd. has recently introduced a Box Office/Event Management  system. This multi-million pound market is well-covered by a number of incumbent suppliers, many being US-based with global operations, sophisticated products, strong market presence and brand awareness. Many provide proprietary systems at high cost and pursue a business strategy that "locks-in" customers over the long term.

NEAT has been launched to address the market issues and meet the demands of all venues no matter what size, at a competitive price but with maximum functionality.


Job Description: New-Business Sales Executive, Nouveau Events and Ticketing (Full Time)

Nouveau has been engaged in this market for 15 years, providing support for a system originally acquired from the Royal Shakespeare Company.   Latterly the product has been re-platformed to capture the market opportunity Nouveau had identified, this being the demand for a scale-able, affordable solution based on industry-standard software (Microsoft Dynamics CRM). The product (NEAT) has subsequently been successfully launched with customer take-up ever-growing. Further versions of the product to address wider target markets are already under development. Nouveau therefore now seeks to increase its sales coverage to capture the significant business opportunity that has presented itself.

 

Reporting to the Business Development Manager the candidate will ideally (but not necessarily) have sales experience in the Entertainment industry. He or she will have a broad understanding of IT, preferably with experience in CRM systems.

We see the junior role as an opportunity for someone looking to start on or build their career in sales, the role will  initially involve identifying and targeting new-name customers and developing them to a position where they can be closed, moving forward  the successful applicant will be expected to manage the whole sales cycle from end-to-end.  Working with Nouveau Marketing this will require the preparation and delivery of co-ordinated sales campaigns into a variety of markets via telesales, Webinars and customer-facing presentations UK-wide. In parallel a thorough understanding of the market and its competitive environment will need to be established, with the ability to position the benefits/strengths of NEAT accordingly.

Preferably degree-educated, the candidate will have exceptional communications and inter-personal skills, excellent organisational abilities, with initiative and drive and be prepared to "go the extra mile" within a busy workplace to maximise the business opportunity.
