Established in 1992, Nouveau Solutions is a leading technology supplier focused on bringing real business benefit to their customers.
15 years ago Nouveau commenced working with the Royal Shakespeare Company (RSC) supplying IT Services and support. At that time the RSC employed their own software development team and had introduced their computerised Box Office reservation system, RITA that was subsequently sold to many other theatres across the UK. In 1995 the RSC concluded that software and support was not core to their business and arranged for Nouveau to acquire the RITA copyright, the development team and on-going support contracts.
Recently Nouveau has completely re-written the solution to incorporate a wide range of additional capabilities, an easy-to-use User Interface, a customer-facing web portal and, importantly, integrated the new version in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, the industry-leading sales and marketing tool. The result is NEAT. The combination of a versatile suite of applications with a powerful, scale-able, marketing system provides a Reservation, Ticketing and Customer Relationship solution that is second-to-none.
